Like many men I am a sceptic of most self help stuff.
There are however many helpful tools available, but we are well advised to be cautious of the plethora of bullshit out there.
However the idea of creating routines and finding ways to strategically look at what is working/not working in our lives and why is a very helpful thing to be able to do.
Its also hard because we know there are so many scams in the self help world that it is hard to believe anything really works.

It is once again a system that requires a willingness to work, follow instructions and also faith that it will actually make any difference.
As I will continually repeat – I’m not a believer in magic bullets. Change is only something that happens when we adopt new habits and perspectives.
Any tool that teaches us how to develop habits, resilience, mental clarity and incorporates tools that have scientifically been shown to work, I think they are worth our time to investigate.
